We are Open: Monday - Friday, 7.30AM - 6.00PM
Hourly Rate: £3.50 per child (inc All Drinks & Snacks)
Not Included: nappies, baby milk & baby food
Meal Costs: Breakfast - £1.00. Lunch / teatime meal - £1.50 each
School Drop-offs / Pick-ups: Cost to be advised
Charges for Absence: Due to child's holiday/sickness - Full fee for each day; Due to childminder's holiday/sickness - No fee for each day unavailable; Bank holidays - No charge
Late Payment: There will be a charge of £3 per day
Late Collection of Child: There will be a fee of £5 an hour (please see Collection of Child Policy)
To secure a place at our setting we would need a deposit of 2 weeks fees which will then be deducted from the final invoice at the time of termination of contract, providing no fees are outstanding. Payment is always required in advance and we can offer weekly or monthly payment plans.
Notice of termination of the contract by either party must be given in writing 4 weeks in advance and must not be given during a period of the childminder's or parent(s) time off or where no fee has been given for time off. If it is necessary to end the agreement earlier, then payment in lieu of notice must be made.If you have any questions at all, please do feel free to discuss them with us at any time.
